Hardin County Water Control and Improvement District 1 offers a variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Pay

You may now pay your bill online 24/7.  We offer all major credit cards.  Please click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your bill handy.   New customers will first need to select "Create New Account" to create their portal access login credentials. Customers should have received a postcard in the mail containing a unique 6 digit code with your account number. Please call the office if you have any questions. 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
